Blueberries... Oh! How I love thee, let me count the ways. I have always been a sucker for berries, anything with berries I love, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries,
etc. One of my absolute favorite are BLUEBERRIES! I love on on top a creamy, succulent cheesecake with a crisp crust hmmmm...... I love they way they look so shinny they are like saying "Eat me...Eat me..." beckoning me to have a bite.I used the canned blueberry filling for this cheesecake, believe it or not I haven't tasted the real actual fruit itself, weird, right? But think about it I already love their processed versions, so the real thing would probably taste much better. Its a pity, I think, that we don't have blueberries readily available in the supermarkets, aside from being yummy they are also good for us with their anti oxidants properties. Although come to think of it, on rare occasions I do see them on high end supermarket like Rustan's, the price is way too steep! Yikes!
