If you ever heard the phrase "Finger Licking Good" you'd automatically think of KFC, but in this case I'm talking about the yummy Chocolate Sauce left over from the Turtle Cake that I made for a client. 
Something so simple and yet so decadent dark and creamy pool of chocolate dip in a crunchy Savoyardi, which are Italian ladyfingers. This is such a nice treat after all the craziness of Christmas baking :D
